Where can i find on my driving licence my licence number?

If you're in the UK it is the 16 digit number made up of 5 letters from your surname, a jumble of your date of birth, your initials and a couple of random digits to fill in any blanks.
On a UK plastic license it is against number 5 on the front next to your mini photo.
I'm not sure about other states, but in California the license number appears in red letters near the top of the card, just under the words "DRIVER LICENSE"

In Australia it on the left hand side of the license under "License number". wow who would of thought they would put the license number under "license number".
In the UK, your driving licence number is the one which contains the first 5 letters of your surname. It is no5.on your photo licence, next to your picture. Not sure where it is on the paper licence as i dont have it to hand at the moment.

If you have a UK licence ther is a key on the back which points out what the numbers on the front represent! It's number 5!
should be on the top in a lovely little box mine is i think its also on your for one too. i cant check i havent got a clue where the wife has put mine and i aint going looking to have her moan about it lol
