till you sign the papers and take it off the lot..

I believe it to be 5 years but just having a look around town this must have been a mistake surely they meant 5 minutes
it is a few years but they wriggle out of it by blaming chippings etc and put the fault on you

The best thing to do would be to call your local Ford dealership and ask them about a paint warranty. I would say that if you recieved a bumper to bumper warranty with the car, the paint would be included as well. Dont know till you ask! Good luck!
Should be printed in your owners manual. but are usually only valid with a full dealer service history. sneaky.
