I wish to appeal for my banned driving license via dvlc?

i,ve been on a driving ban for so many years.how do i go about appealing for it legally

Answers:
please don't, the roads are obviously safer with you off them.
go to the DMV
DVLC administor your licence, a ban is under the authority of a court.

You need to talk to a solictor and then head down to the courts
If your in the uk see a solicitor.
Depends what you were banned for and for how long. Why appeal now, why not when you were first banned? Besides you may have to go to Court to appeal/overturn a ban and again they will ask why did you wait so long. You will also need a very good reason as to why you believe the ban should be lifted. Strongly suggest you get some legal advice. Give them ALL the facts, don't leave anything out as they will need to prepare the case based on the info you give them.

Anyway, what did you do to get banned and exactly how long did you get?
ur lawyer can do it for u will costs u money 50 /200 quid
