A couple of weeks ago I was in the park with my pet octopus, Crystal. We'd just been for a lovely walk and sat on a bench for a break and a couple of digestives. Crystal loves it when I sing nursery rhyms to her. I was just singing "they're changing the guard at Buckingham Palace, Christopher Robin walked out with Alice". Next thing armed police spring out from behind trees, bushes, leaves everywhere. I've just spent the last week and a half at Paddington Green police station on charges of divulging the security arrangements for the Queen. Crystal has been very upset by the whole episode. Should I take legal action. Thoughts anyone
Answers:
Now, now, stiff upper lip. Do your duty to Queen and Country. A little discomfort for yourself and Crystal may mean thwarted terrorists elsewhere.
Just lie back and think of England.
Yes and No!
I would take immediate legal action and have myself certified and committed at once!
I suspect that this is a bastardisation of the original lyrics and hence the strong Police action. The correct words are "Christopher Robin went down on Alice" Legal action will have no benefit as it was your error that caused the furore
