What business challenges are traditional airlines facing these days?

What can cabincrew do about it?

Answers:
Competition mainly. In the UK, British Airways is the market leader by a long shot.

Provide the best service available to keep customers coming back to you rather than going elsewhere.

The price war is more of a sales thing, not something aircrew or pilots can intervene in.
Price of fuel firstly

Then providing a service at a low cost to keep them competive agaainst their competion
Keep paying them union dues.
after almost 30 years it is the RIGHT time to go for a commercial pilots licence. the situation now will not remain the same after a few months/years. there is a HUGE shortage of pilots in the industry all over the world. I MEAN IT!!!!!
