Your best bet is to get a credit card. You could then buy them and pay back the credit card monthly.

To find the wheels you want, simply buy a copy of Max Power and start reading from the back. Find the wheel you want and then go onto eBay to get it cheaper.
look in all car mags. you can also type on yahoo what you looking for but make sure u put pay monthly/weekly in as well i sure u find something lovely
