Does easyspace do car hire rentals? I can see online anywhere?

In theory yes - they still have a website at http://www.easycar.com/
It would appear from their website however that the central London locations are no more - they only appear to have rental facilities at the London airports - although I do stand to be corrected!
Yes, Easycar.com is the website, you can hire from lots of locations. If you don't want an airport pickup just select the dropdown menu and choose your city (Or indeed country!) and it'll give you a list of locations that cars are available. They have lots of different models, I know in the early days they were all A class Mercs and extremely cheap if you booked way in advance, but you were limited to a certain daily milage. Now they are more expensive but with unnlimited milage.
If you mean easycar then yes they do still rent cars. the only change is that they are now brokering their car hire which means they don't actually own the cars, they just sit in the middle taking a cut!
