wow, it seems like your outlook on people is pretty racist. Let me guess he was a middle aged white man? Dont play the racist card to make an excuse for poor driving. Just practice and try again.
dont worry mate - my black girlfriend had the same experience, exept her tester was racist! he kept saying '******* paki call centres and stuff'!!
they have a certain number of fails they have to do in a day so dont worry mate - try again
no point in appealing you only get your money back, and it can take up to 6 months. it depends on what exactly you failed on. I failed my first test for pulling in and pulling out again, he said i was dangerous although i didn't even do anything wrong. Just practice the bits you went wrong on to be sure they dont catch you out next time.

Dont feel bad John - just put it down to experience. Its fact that so many drivers fail first time now - at the end of the day the instructor has to feel that you are a safe and competent driver which for some reson - fair or unfair - they didnt feel you were. Maybe you need a little more experience behind the wheel - maybe you were over confident - who knows. Hopefully you'll be driving real soon. As for being a blonde female - forget it, it truly doesnt work like that - I know lots of pretty girls who fail time after time.

failed on, make sure you do it perfect next time as 5 minor faults is not good enough. you will appreciate this fact more when you are a fully fledge full driving licence holder..

It'll be quicker and cheaper to just redo the test after abit of practice on the areas you failed than appealing. You'll get more respect from people if you actually pass rather than playing the racist card too. Please don't try using that for you own self respect! Also, remember what is the point of there being a test if everyone passed it!

NO not at all she wouldn't have passed they are getting strict about the driving test since there are so many bad driver and your only allowed ONE fault. when i went to get my license the first five people in front of me failed for many reasons rolling stops could not parallel park and so on, and two of them where gorgeous young women who's instructors where male. just face it you cant drive and need to practice
When you goofed on no.3, did you wait for the instructor to tell you what to do? Iknow that instructors want to see initiative.you should have attempted the manoeuver again, without their prompting and this would impress them.
if you only had 5 minor faults then you would have passed, as you are allowed upto 16 minors!

Sick to death of this if you had been white or black the result would have been the same. suck it up and practice the reverse around the corner and pass next time.
update I think if you get more than 3 minors in one section then you fail. however I passed mine 11 years ago so might no remember correctly

If you failed, then you DIDN'T do "extremely well" .
Without giving away the marking system - you proved you weren't good enough to pass - a good looking blonde would also have failed.
Take heart, if you concentrate on correcting minor mistakes, then you'll pass next time.

Just take the test again. 90 % of all people have failed the test once. It's no big deal. Grow up.

You failed on one of the manoeuvres and some other minor faults too. That's why you haven't got a licence yet.
You goofed a bit on num 3, thats why you failed. What was your major fail? As you are allowed a max of 14 minors.
You need to practice more..nothing to do with your colour or creed.you simply did not complete the full test to the correct standard on the day. A 'controlled stop' (emegency stop) is not a manouevre.and it sounds like you failed for the reverse around a corner..practice with your instructor more. Good luck!

Driving examiners are so grey, race or status is not an issue. I passed my test in a boyracer car, and we all know how much the world hates boyracers.
