Who do i complain to about a certain Volkswagen garage in Ireland?

Find there web site in Ireland and put your case to vw they will give you the correct porcedur to follow www.vw.ie I had problems with my warranty and was told you only have one year.So i went on line over this i contacted Germany and complained over this as i live in China and my Passat is made in China so they gave me there Chinese contact in Shanghai who assured me i had two years.
Try tradings standards, but it depends what your problem is.
A friend got a new BUG and it die on him after 3 weeks!
