Answers:
i might be wrong but id have thought engine size? 2 ltr against a 3ltr engine? as i said could be wrong, its been a long day and im shattered.get the one thats the nicest colour :)
the difference is about 100. :0)
the early 200tdi were only available in 3 door.
about 1990/1 the 5 door was introduced.
the 300tdi came out in 1994 engine developed from the 200tdi. but it is different. interier and the lights/trim etc were changed.
abs was fitted and a new gearbox. automatic was available on the diesel too.
I think it's the engine size and probably some of the general spec. Don't know which to go for but try some of the car mags specifically on Range Rovers, old and new. i think its the rev capacity. im not sure, but a google search may help.
Its all about engine size and power. I have never driven a 200Tdi but I owned a 300Tdi for six months and found it to be very under powered.

Buy a 3.0 V6 Touareg instead.
100 tdi
