GO TO WAL MART OR ANY GOOD AUTO PARTS STORE LOOK FOR A BASE COAT CLEAR COAT CLEANER IF YOU CAN NOT FIND THIS USE A MILD RUBBING COMPOUND CAREFULLY WATER MARKS D O COME OUT SO DOES ACID RAIN RUB CAREFULLY IT WILL TAKE TIME SO YOU DON'T TAKE OFF THE CLEAR COAT AND THEN THE PAINT OR YOU CAN GO TO AN AUTO DETAILER AND THEY CAN BUFF IT OUT WAX AFTER WUTH RV/BOAT WAX GOOD PROTECTION AGAINSY THE FUTURE

Use Turtle Wax regularly
T-cut if it really bad
You may need to use a very strong detergent, which will also remove your wax. Park away from grass so the sprinklers don't get you.
You probably won't as the spots you see on your paint is acid rain marks which eats through the clear coat on your paint, only a repaint will fix this and I have heard stories that once acid rain gets into the paint it also gets into the metal and sometimes after a repaint it can still come back through eventually.
Like the anchor cranker say's. Use T-cut It's a rub on rub in deep polish. Not rub on rub off. A lot of elbow creash requidered.
Wash it, T-cut it, and then polish with a good quality polish such as Autoglym or Meguiars. If you are seeing rain-spots on a car then it's a possibility that the clear coat on the paint is getting thin, and that requires a respray.
