I need a seat belt anchor for my combo van "preg"any ideas must be cheap?

Drill the hole where you want the seat belt to anchor & place a piece of 8mm plate(with a hole in it ) behind the hole.then just bolt through plate & body work.plate helps to dissapate force in the case of an accident.I used a 100mm square plate 8mm thick to anchor the baby capsule in my car..Needed an anchor point on the back parcel shelf ..
