I hope this helps.
same as on any other car.
remove wheel, remove calipers, remove pads, replace pads. put it all back together.
STOP,take it to someone that can do the job.
Get your tools and go do it before the snow falls. Whatever you do, try not to breathe any asbestos dust. Also you need some goop that you put on the back of each pad, or your brakes will squeek like crazy.
If you really want to do it yourself (and the fact your asking this means perhaps you shouldn't!) and you won't take it to a garage (please do!) buy yourself a Haynes manual. That will show you step by step.
get a haynes book if your not sure but easy
1. take wheel off this is after jacking up car
2. remove caliper
3. replace old pads for new
4. replace in reverce order.
take the wheel off and try and take the pads out, replace it same, as you took it out.
its not too hard but if you don't know what are you doing and don't have tools you better take your car to garage
