ebay is a little shotty as sometimes no one bids on it, or the shipping might not work out by the time you have to leave. Check out carmax (carmax.com) they'll take it from you instantly and give you a nice check (as long as its not totally destroyed or anything)

The othe way, you can donate it and get rid of it that way.
try sellin it immediately to people who need a car urgently and DO IT NOW
Just take what you can for it because today the cars are worth nothing with 2 new registrations coming out a year so take the 1st sensible offer that you get and don't hold out for a lot of money if that is what you are waiting for
try listing it under the blue book value. good luck. if comes down to it you might just have to take it the dealer.

Put an advert in the car window people will see it while you are driving about, park it at your local supermarket ,when you don't need to use it, right near the door where people can see it.Or if you know anywhere else that is busy. I put an advert in the car window and I sold it quite quickly.
Autotrader is genuinely the best way but ifdesperate you could try Ebay. I recently sold my car - no response to my ad for about 3 weeks and then I was inundated for weeks after I had it sold. Try putting an ad on the customer notice board in local supermarkets too. Failing that, can you not leave the sale in the hands of a friend or family member at home and they could send the money on to you?

Put for sale sign in the car window, with rock bottom price prominently displayed followed by all details. It is the price that will attract the buyers.
It's not selling because you're asking way too much.
I searched autotrader.com for your area and there are quite a lot of '03 Civics selling for under $11k. You're gonna have to list it under $10k if you want to sell immediately.
