it is cheaper and easier to sell your car and buy one with air conitioing because it is a huge and very expensive job to try and install it with the engine , dashboard and all the wiring looms inplace. when they are factory fitted , it is installed before the dashboard and engine are in the car.
It can be done as that model could have been bought with air con standard. You will have all the required ducts and mounts for the condensor and compressor you will need to get quite alot of parts to do it as a retro fit. I would recommend getting the parts from a dismantelers and then at keast you will have the correct controls and looms.
Talk to your Benz dealer, there were dealer installed A/C kits available for many of those cars.
