Can you drive a landrover discovery td5 auto with the front propshaft removed?

Answers:
not recomended the diff will always try to turn the easyest wheels so no drive to front car wont go anywhere even if it does theres a risk damage to diff dont do it. ps check manual about towing it
quit possebly yes but i not 100 persent sure as they are permenant 4 by 4 not like others wre you can have 2 by 4
Yeah course you can Mate! This often happens with Landrover Discoveries! Heap on a whole load of revs, slap it into Drive & away one goes with no a hint of vibration! You'll experience more mpg by the way.
It all depends on the diff.

You may need to weld it solid so it doesn't try to drive the front wheels and not the back.
Yes you can.Regards Mick.
