Do commercial aircraft have a key for the ignition and doors?

No they do not. The only doors that have keys are the flight deck door, and the Lavatories. Lavatory keys are just pins. The outside doors do not lock, ever.

Yes and no. Ignition is a no. For the cockpit there is an electronic keypad on some aircraft to prevent unwelcome persons(Osama and his idiots) from entry.
Some smaller commercial aircraft have a key that must be turned to allow battery power. They also have a key to the exterior doors.
Not so much with big commercial planes however almost all small General Aviation planes have ignition keys and door locks. They arent very secure though. I can start most with my camper shell key.
Ignition:
It is done by switiching ON the toggle switches (upwards). Some aircraft requires pressing buttons with a thumb.and a few small single engine aircrafts do have starter keys.
Doors:
When a person is Inside:
No Keys are provided.there are handles which activate & deactivate the nitrogen cylinders. Some aircrafts doors are latched electronically from the cockpit. Majority of cockpit doors are locked from inside, by the pilots which are opened when air crews request them through intercom.
When a Person is Outside:
In fact for bigger aircrafts you will require a ladder to inside although some small aircrafts (like Pipers, Cessna) do have door keys from outside.
