Please where can i find a space to open a car wash business?

The best way is to ask at countryside petrol stations if they don't have a carwash !
I am in Bucks . and we had one at a Shell Garage on a country road roundabout .They had a markee and did a good job , unfortunately the garage closed down and the guys disappeared.I think it is a good idea ,but maybe you try contemplating a " Mobile car wash service " valeting etc. that is what I use now ! Very good !

Most in my area are in dis-used petrol stations!
talk to other business's and see it they will lease you a space
around there shop space.
