I have a 51reg clio and the panel display (the digital display for radio station and clock) looks as though half the display is dimmed.could this be a bulb behind one side of the display or is it a wiring fault?? And what can I do to solve it, without being ripped off by a pesky electrician.Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

look in your hand book they sometimes have instructions how to change the bulb that's normally all there is to it
yeah just drive to a good well known safe garage and ask for help.
there is three bulbs behind the dash the are a common fault and they are only 96p each do a DIY they are a doddle to replace
It is just a French made ****box surrendering.
i dont think they are expensive as a cliant of mine had one done
