My ford van wont demobilise?

If its an escort 1800 diesel van wiggle the wires going into the back of the pump, if it starts at least u know where the problem is. On ford immobisers leave the ignition on and after about a minute it will flash a code telling u where the fault is, u need the data book listing the codes so u can look it up. (AA / RAC have the code listings)
Unfortunately I am pretty sure only the dealers can deal with those in key demobilizers. It is a scam so they can get more money out of you. Sorry dude.
I have just had that problem with my car. When you put the key in the ignition is your red security light flashing faster than normal, if so the chip in your key has gone £130.00 it cost me. It has to go to the main dealer to be fixed. Pain in it.
Did you use a wrong key? Are you sure that is not something else like a starter? If it is the anti-theft system have it towed to the dealer.
If transit diesel then this is a common fault, you will have to go to main dealer.
Hope it is still under warranty?
you need to take the key back to the ford dealer and have them reprogram your key. that will cost about 80 dollars for one key . Its a ripoff
