Want to buy a mini or mini metro?

I gonna buy a car in the new year and want to get a mini(old) or mini metro, are these cars cheap to insure? Also how much can i expect to pay for one in good condition?

Just baught a mini metro as "other car" for 300 £ and very cheap on insurance beeing a 1400 CC..and having many years no claim !!
The Mini Metro is terrible. Why buy that car? Go for a Porsche - you'll score with loads of chicks.
If You do buy a Mini, it's worth spending the extra few hundred quid on a tidy one. You'll probably find a well kept example for £1500
I had a mini metro and it was always unstable to drive. Another problem was that tyres never fitted properly on to the wheel rims and constantly leaked air. The tyres needed constant attention as if they went soft without noticing the car swerved all over the place on bends. I would say it is a very dangerous car.
