Pls tell me more on the risks of air travel n a beta option if any.?

the recent attempted attacks on airlines make me feel so scared of attempting to fly on aircrafts now.

Life is full of risk, but don't let that stop you living it. I will let you into a secret! You die when your time is up, not one second before. If you decided not to travel by aircraft the day your time is up, you could well be hit by a bus, or a car, or fall out of bed awkwardly, or....

Security for aircraft is better than it has ever been. Catching people who intend to do travellers harm is, believe it or not, a good sign that the procedures actually work. As for the safety of air travel in general, it remains one of the safest ways to travel.

For the average person who only takes a couple of short trips per year, your risk of dying in an air crash is about 1 in 55 million - roughly the same odds as winning the Powerball. In contrast, the average person has a 1 in 90 chance of dying in a car crash during their lifetime, making it far more dangerous.
You and me both and I'm flying off on holiday in a couple of weeks

You've got to remember though you are more likely (by quite a long way) to die in a car crash than to die in an aeroplane accident.
I will say a little prayer for you
Cmon dont be a wimp you go and enjoy youre hols and dont let the tw***s scare you
I flew yesterday, to USA, believe me I'd be surprised if anyone gets through with a bomb.
They almost strip search EVERYONE.
THere are hundreds of flights everyday and so the odds are against it anyway.
I honestly think the next lot of attacks will be in other areas of transport which have less security checks.
Dont let it scare you, that way they win.
Don't be scarred, its what they want you to be, you just get on that plane cause if you don't they have won and we never let the bad guys win do we.
You are more likley to die tripping on the way to the airport than flying on a commercial flight.
