If i'm being asked to fill in forms for leagl aid will i deffinatly be called to court it's for driving offenc

Answers:
Yes you will be called to court just to plead if nothing else unless you have already entered your plea.
i would have thought so if ur applying for legal aid!
You are normally required to attend court in person UNLESS you plan on pleading guilty, which you can do by post EXCEPT when it is a serious offence (vehicular manslaughter, injury to third party, TWOCing, causing an accident, etc)
Look at the Legal aid form carefully, this may well tell you what you have to do, if it's still unclear go to Citizens Advice with all the paperwork.
this is so you will have representation in the Court whether you go or not but go all the same and face up to your responsibility's
more than lightly
