How are craines errected?

Answers:
The static tower cranes are built in sections.First they build the jib up(the arm) on top of some jacks. They then lift the jacks and slide a section of tower underneath and bolt together. This is done again and again until it reaches it full height. The people putting it together are never more than one sections height above the ground.this may be about 20 or 30 feet.Ingenious eh.
in sections. They use mobile craines to lift the sections on top of each other and then connect them together.
