Not sure if this has passed. Good news is I just got off with one! They came (police) to door and denied pic was me (face on couldn't mistake me)! So self-incrimination is not required - just deny it and pass it between yourself and relative or friend.
p.s. I was doing 60 in 70 zone that they just decided to lower to 50! Must have needed more revenue!
