Can I trace someones name and address just by using there car registration number in the U.K?

Yes you can but it will cost you about £35 with a car data check you know one of them things you get when you buy a new car but i think you might need the make and model of the car too

Police hold the other part of the file on a system called PNC (police national computer) which holds markers - I.E Stolen / Scrapped / Found / Removed / Information markers . Only police can View the full file, DVLA obviously have access to their own information and will Cost you £30-£40 per data request to the DVLA disclosures department.
