well, just go there, & follow the instructions!
change of address is free, taking points off is not,so you gets your endorsement, pays your fine, then to add insult to injure you have to pay to get points removed
im in northern ireland so unsure if english are the same but on mine I need to send a picture off with the license and wait to get new one but its free .
do a web search: type in the name of your state followed by .com and fill out the online forms for registration and driver license changes

No you cant, i had my test booked sent away properly filled in provisional with extra letter to make sure no hastle he! after them sending to old address TWICE i got it. didnt get £50 lost for test! when sending registered post as i had bad time

I don't think online change of address is available yet - but will be
fill the form and send the licence back to DVLA
