How to get from Little Chalfont to High Wycombe on public transport?

Answers:
Take a Metropolitan Line or Chiltern Railways train from Chalfont and Latimer to Amersham, then a Number 4 or 362 bus.
www.nationalrailenquires.co.uk
or try the local bus operator eg stagecoach.
little chalfont isn't that far away i recall, taxi?
Try this website:

http://www.travelinesoutheast.org.uk/se/.

type in start and end destinations and it will show you the various means of public transport between the two.

Or try http://www.thetrainline.com for train routes and times etc
Take Chiltern Line train from Chalfont & Latimer Staion to Aylesbury. From Aylesbury take Chiltern Line Train to High Wycombe.
Phone a Minicab, or have you confused the term Public Transport with Mass Transport like the Government keeps doing.
Bus to the station (Chalfont and Latimer) then the Chiltern line to Aylesbury then across to High Wycombe. Probably quicker if you can find a direct bus service though!
Go to www.traveline.org.uk. This will tell you how to get from any place in Britain to any other place by public transport at whatever time you specify and by whatever means you specify.
