you will usualy find the color code on the door check its a sticker with black writing inside a circle is a set of numbers eg TED 164 this should be the color code on older modles an aluminium stamp (same configuration of numbers)used to be in engine bay.
try in the printed sticker of your service book
it depends on the age of your clio, if its an older one its on a metal plate under the bonnet, if its a newer one then its usually inside the pasenger door on a sticker
