How do you put the code into a built in CD player in a renualt clio I know the code but removed the battery?

If you go to www.cliosport.net and register as a forum user (its free) and ask there someones bound to know.
Read the radio guide that came with the log book. It's a nightmare. You can use the satellite control to do it, and there's a lot of up / down and then confirming the number. Or you can get a renault garage to do it.
If you have a steering column mounted control stick for your music, use your dial to select the number, press both volume buttons to move to the next number, etc, until you have entered the four numbers, then press both volume buttons once more and it should work.
My old renault battery kept failing - I think that's how I did it! If not, it's something similar.
on all my previous experience with coded radios - there is usually a button u have to hold down for it to accept it, is it like enter or accept button - depends on the model of radio
If you don't have the book just ring your local renault garage and they will tell you straight away over the phone! Good luck! :-)
