OH wow.that is the car that belonged to Chancellor Edward Hotchkiss and is worth alot of money. He was Chancellor in Paris from 1918 to 1928, until he caught Pneumonia and died. The car was left to his estate, where his 2 grandchildren were to take care of it. I dont know how you happened to find it. Great find!

If the vehicle is in anyway restorable(and alot are despite how bad they look) it would be worth alot more. They manufactured mainly military machines, but branched out to join with Willys and produced jeeps for the french.
