if coke doesnt work rub half a lemmon on 4 grease n dirt then clean with distilled white vinigar n if silver rub baby oil on them it works on anythin silver or mettle for a clean shiny finish

I have found that toothpaste and a stiff nylon brush will often clean stubborn marks from alloys, it really works.
Try either Mother's all wheel cleaner or Orange blast wheel cleaner with a wheel brush. Both work very well.
Your local motor accesories shop will have suitable cleaners and brushes for alloys.
