I never do because I tell myself when to wake up. I don't have to use an alarm clock either.

Once i fell asleep on the train, from South East London to North London, and ended up in France.

Funny story, i had been mislead by a ticket officer, and was taken onto the wrong train, and i was woken up by the conductor.

I guess, on the bright side, i got to have some crepe's(sp?), and waffles, but the family were VERY worried, and i travel with at least one other person at all times now..
