Does any one know any good settings for the sony xplod amp and 2 subs 12" on the amp there are the 3 nozzels??

Answers:
The gain MUST match the RMS volts of the head unit.

The LPF switch is for only allowing low frequecies to be passed when on. You can "dial in" what specific frequncies below the highest marking you want passed.
Set all that noisy junk in the trash !
You did not mention what amp model or subs you have. But as a general rule of thumb don't go above 80Hz for bass and below 100MHz for treble when sorting out the low pass / high pass filters, and with Sony's and most common amps don't go over 3/4 on the gain dial for the amp. Also make sure you have wired the subs in correctly and not in the same terminals or not wired in series as that affects the resistance and can cook your amp. (I'm sure that none of the Sony's can run on 2 ohm apart from the D5 monoblock) If the sound is not what you expected or the volume is too low even after all this its time then to get a new amp. My advise is to get a monoblock that runs at 2 ohms would suit you more, if you want to run two subs off one amp.
4 or 2 channel sub amps are a bit old school now and these tend to be more power hungry than a digital monoblocks

Hope that helped!
