Any one help me on a PEUGEOT / citreon engine compatabilty question?
because my cylinder head is smashed up by the cam belt slipping.
so im looking for something/anything that will fit.
any1 know what dose fit on a 1294cc pug 106 rallye?
also will it matter about the pistion size diffreance from the saxo or anything to my pug?
beacause i dont have the foggyist what to do..

i think they sould be compatable but to be save
take your old one off & cheack the under side is the same as the other oneas they can differ slightly
& you will have to have a head skim to be on the safe side

Would have been a lot less bother to have had the cambelt changed at the correct intervals.
The head would fit but wouldnt run the 106 rallye engine is tuned and different copression ratios and valve timing and size would cause you loads of problems The best thing to do unfortunatly is to buy a new head and valves.
get a workshop manuals from halfords
