Am I allowed to park a caravan on the road outside my property?

I was wondering how I am fixed because it is not road taxed + I will obviously upset the neighbours as my car will be then parked elsewhwhere in an already busy street?

Answers:
If you are in Britain then you can park it on the roadside as long as it is not permanent or is used as a dwelling ( don't let your kids camp out in it on the weekend`s while it`s outside your home ) it doesn`t need road tax as it is not a motorised vehicle ! you may get a few people annoyed and may even lose a few friends over it , but you can park it there no problem`s ( i do with mine / have done it for years ) but you will get people reporting you , but as long as it`s not permanent then there is no problem , you might want to consider a secure parking compound for it ! we are going to look at one this week . keep the whinging b*stards happy !
If you park outside with expired license tags, you'll get a ticket!!
If it's not a designated parking area, you will probably get a ticket.
The neighbours will complain to the council. you may find they then come round or send a letter preaching the highways act at you and the local by laws. in reality there is little they can do for a very long time especially if it moves at the weekends for weekend breaks.
nope
well i think not unless its in a tow zone
