My tomtom wont turn off what is the problem please?

I had a similar problem recently with mine. On the underneath there is a reset button, you need a thin pen like object to push it, but it will do the job.
When i did mine, I did not lose any of my favourites either.

Try taking the card out and putting it back in again.
I've got no idea what the problem is but I had the same thing and this worked for me
Its crashed. Hit the reset button.
have you tried evertthing you can think off if it still wont turn off take it back its most likely crashed inside this will require professional help
