Fixing points on a vauxhall corsa starter motor?

Answers:
Starters don't have points. If you mean brushes, remove the starter, take it to the auto parts stores, say "I need a rebuilt one of these", take it home and put it in. That is much easier than trying to change the brushes and get all the little wires and springs in the right place.
two. get under the car one at the bottom fairly obvious - one at the top not so - a ratchet deep13mm socket on a long extension - you will undo a nut first - then get your hand in on top and remove the earth strap from the stud and go back in with the socket - its a sort of double ended bolt.
