no..and "good buddy" is considered a derogatory term
A CB radio typically has a range of about five miles. While I wouldn't rule out the possibility that someone has set up a feed somewhere, I would question it's usefulness, because you would only pick up traffic within about five miles of the station.

In contemporary trucker lingo, a good buddy is a male prostitute.
you might be able to dependant on where you getting a signal from I remember one time my brother and his friend bought one and you could respond to taxies on it and listen to it so we listened to a taxi a company and responded to them its weird you can pick up weird signals and listen to people phone calls you might be able to becuase your picking up telephone frequencies meaning you might be able to detect what someone is listening to on the pc or someone chatting on the web on a microphone in a chatroom.. dependant on the area you are in and what the signal strength is you might be able to listen to someones internet connection but it might make the sound of a fax machine noise and a little disturbance called sound flotation.
