If it's petrol the engines are the same although there are 2 different engines codes 111.948 and 111.950 but this is mainly because of differences with the engine management system ones got a pec system and the other a motronic system ( motronic has more sensors for the engine management ) If you're thinking of swapping engine just make sure the codes are the same and you should be fine
