i actually used to use this service from southend victoria station in southend on sea essex to london liverpool street station and if you actually pay attention to the signs they say 75 and its in MPH seeing as its in the uk and we dont use KPH over here anymore :D so the answer to your question 110% is 75 miles per hour top speed on that line :D

The quickest I can find is the 1006 from Southend Victoria and arrives at 1101 in London Liverpool Street. (55 minutes). This is direct. Some services are a few minutes slower but there are other options that take 55 minutes too.
