Hw can i stop a beeping sound dt always starts w/ever i make a turn or on low speed in my passat 2001 sedan.?

Check the serpentine belts and tensioners if it only occurs when you're turning as that's when maximum load is on the power steering and could be causing the fault , but check wiring otherwise .
it has a loose ground wire on it somewhere,,you need to check everywhere you can till you find it,,i think it will be the one under neath the steering column,,and there are also a few out side where the motor is,,but that's what it it,,a ground wire makes everything go crazy on one when it gets loose,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.

Passats, including the latest model, are becoming notorious for electrical problems.
