How do i take the radio out of a 1997 (R reg) toyota corolla estate??

have the cd player but no idea how to take the factory one out. do i need to take the dash off (if so how?)or can i just take the stero out as it is (again how) ??,

Answers:
If its the type with the radio mounted at the very top of the dash.you have to remove the two air vents below the radio. Then you can see two 10 mm bolts straight ahead, remove these and the radio/binnacle can be lifted off,if it isn't that type then use one of the suggestions above
with a crowbar
just slip the first chav you see a couple of quid he'll have it out in a breath
get a pro from the 'hood' to do it for you.
take it to liverpool
Google a few words such as "remove", "radio", "corolla", etc. I found several references. Even though this is a for a left hand drive corolla, the source below may help you.
