How to replace the auxiliary drive belt that drives the water pump and power steering on a micra 1999 Nissan?

the book says slacken tensioner bolt but i do not have this all i have is water pump power steering pump and the bbelt travels around them as well as of course the main crank puuley

the tensioner is on the power steering pump right at the back of the engine best seen from underneath.
look on the back of the power steering pump
