How can i fix my car cd player?
Answers:
there should have been a white plastic clip on the back of your old set, transfer this over to the stud on the back of the new set and should stop the jumping as the clip locates in the dash for stability
Replace your CD player with a higher quality one that doesn't skip. Or get really, really good shocks on your car.
well it is pretty common that when you hit a bump an older car or CD player will skip
You probably can't it's too costly. Buy a better quality one and you are not likely to get this problem
somtimes it helps to ensure the player is properly secured including at the bolt fixing at the rear its amazing how many ppl dont use this bolt btw im an auto electrician so know a little lol
this happen 2 me a lot i put sponge around it and it work find
there's no way u can fix that thing, if i were you i wud buy a nice but not so expensive cd player. a good one is pioneer or panasonic. but for better anti-shock cd player, i wud go for panasonic.
Get a metal bracket that you can mount inside the dash somehow so the cd player will not move, thats the problem when you hit a bump it jolts and skips like a cd player with no anti-skip (old school portable cd player) well if you hold that cd player in your hand it wont skip because it isnt bouncing in your pocket, see what im sayin just make sure it is completely stable in the dash
