How do i fit my 6 by 9 speaker in my e36 bmw ?

Try loading your speaker at your trunk.

Try fitting it in the trunk. If that doesn't work, then you can try tying it to the rooftop.
get speakers that fit.or customize it to fit
Go to a hardware store buy a conversion package, a set of screw drivers, a 10 pound hammer. Throw every thing away even the speaker and use the factory installed speaker. Still want the 6X9 then retrieve the hammer and use it on the new speaker until it fits in the driver's seat.
sell the e36 and get an e46 the sound systems kicking!
I done this to my e36 a few years back, you can buy speaker collars that fit into the into the original screw holes and also fit the 6/9s
Only in the back though.
