How do you calibrate a hoffman rolling road ?

Answers:
It depends what part of it you wish to calibrate !

Assuming you want to calibrate the basic speed of the road.
You need to obtain a speedometer, that is calibrated to eg NAMAS standards. Then simply compare the reading of the speedo to that of your rolling road and adjust the road accordingly.
Similarly the torque can be calibrated in the same way.
Most MOT style roads are calibrated using a car called a round robin. IE the car drives to your rolling road and it is equipped with all the instruments needed to calibrate the road for you. YOu pay a fee and the job is done.

If you want a more detailed calibration, you will need a specialist instrumentation company. They will charge you more, but it should be a more accurate calibration.
you get a company to come and do it, most also look after the ramps as well
