Check the cooling fan clutch and also make sure the belt is tight if it is belt driven. If it has an electric fan, check it to make sure it is running.
Here's a common check list for you to follow.
Mopar tends to run a little hotter than most others
Check the radiator for any lime, or calcium deposits.
Wash the radiator fins out with water.
Check the weep hole on the water pump to see if it is leaking.
Make sure fan clutch and or electric fan is running.
Turn on heater to see if it blows out cold air..(meaning a clogged system or faulty water pump)
Have somone check the timing as well it can cause over heating.
Make sure there is no air in the system.
Thats about all there is to it.
