Will my car radio fit my new second hand fiesta??
Answers:
sure
lol
dont see why not
should be fine - radios tend to be a standard size (external "box" dimensions) for just this reason. may need to pop down to Halford and buy a connector, but I'd bet you a squid that works ;o)
should still fit, power leads are different on a ford, so you will need a adapter - and possibly a facia kit. halfords are cheap, but EBAY is better buddy.
you will also need a iso adapter for the anntena
you need a fascia adaptor about 7 quid from halfords and get the wiring connector so you can just plug it in and no wires to cut and join, and as said check the aerial connection.
1 You will need to buy a fascia pannel because the ford has a double din size radio, this can be bought from Halfords , any good car audio shop or even fords themself. When fitting it please us the hanger bracket for the back of the stereo cos if you don't the stereo will fall out.
2 You will also need an adapter lead, the one you need is a ford to ISO.
Then its just a case of plug and play.A little tip Take Your Time. Good luck
easy 1! if the iso/block connectors dont fit together, go to halfords and pick up a wiring loom.Which converts the wiring form the stereo to the standard wiring for the car (different ones for different cars) and hit play. enjoy
leave her punto iso connecters intact or her future husband might get suspicious about the amount of owners who have had a ride in it and then daddy will blow you to kingdom come?
