fords are really easy to get into. go to an auto parts store and buy a slim jim. it will open quickly. if you try to pry the door open without the proper tools you can do some serious damage. if you can't get it or you have a roadside assistance policy call and have a pro do it. anyone with experience will be able to get it in about 30 seconds.
Get a locksmith to pick the door lock.
you call a locksmith,,,,or you take a file saw, one used for cutting pipe remove the blade slide it down between the glass and door frame till you feel the lock mechanism slip under it and pull up,,,
the p0nly other way would be to geta hammer and a wrench and simply try and wrench the door open and try oan open the door that way or you could simply call the AA or RAC and see whether they can do anything to help .
Bend door then reach in to get either the keys, or try to open the door. Don't go too rough or the window will smash. Then you just bend the door back. Its a method used most commonly by car thieves and joy riders. So your vehicle is never safe.
Next time you should cut a spare key. I locked my keys in my car the first day I drove to school and I had to ring my stepdad to come give me the spare. I was late though, but a satisfactory excuse.
Get a strip of that packing tape (you know the one that you cut your fingers on!! the stiff plastic stuff!!) fold it in half, put a blob of blue-tac in the fold, the tape will me stiff enough to feed through the window seal at the top, with your friend watching from the other side of the car to guide you, hook the tape around the door lock, and pop it open!

wedge the door open a little bit at the top then feed either some packing strap (the blue stuff that holds boxes together) or a straightened coat hanger around the handle and pull, the door should come open.
if he's got breakdown cover call them they will be in it very quickly.
You can bend the door slightly, enough to get a coathanger through the gap and hook the door release handle.

Hook the end of a metal coat hanger about an inch, push it down the drivers side window about four inches from the lock, turn the hook part inwards and pull up until you feel the rod that goes across then pull up. You may have to try a few times but it should work.

Best thing to do if your a member of any motoring organization would be to phone them, if your not you can get anyone with a membership to phone for you.
use a metal coat hanger through the top of the door glass between the moulding and glass move the hanger down and pop the lock. Or just call a locksmith, or the local police as long as he is there, sometimes they will help you out and open the door
If you can release the bonnet from outside with a thin ended screw driver, disconnect the battery and then re-connect it again and it should unlock the doors. (note it will only work if the car has central locking)
